Legal Support

The Process

Once you have instructed us to support you through your legal claim. What you can expect from Blatchford includes:

 

  • Clinician review of the case materials. 
  • Clinician assessment of the Claimant. 
  • Clinician guidance to support your claim.  

Timescales

 

  • Appointments are available within two weeks of instruction.
  • Part 35 complaint reports will be provided with six weeks.
  • Product evaluations will vary depending on the requirements.
