Facilities Manager

We are a world leading rehabilitation provider with clinical expertise in prosthetics, orthotics, special seating and wheelchairs. We design and manufacture the multi award-winning Endolite range of lower limb prostheses and provide clinical services to the NHS, military and patients internationally. With 128 years of innovation and expertise behind us, we produce the world’s most advanced microprocessor artificial limbs.

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager, to join our team based in Basingstoke.

The role is focussed on managing and providing services to the Basingstoke facilities that support the core of the business and organisation.

Therefore, it is essential that the successful candidate has experience in facilities management and dealing with situations efficiently and effectively.

Within the team, you will utilise your skills and experience to take responsibility for:

  • Buildings and ground maintenance
  • Cleaning and catering
  • Contractor management
  • Space management
  • Raising orders to cover facilities related spend and adherence to site budget
  • Assisting department managers to ensure H&S compliance and best practice
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory inspections of plant and equipment including fire prevention equipment and LEV facilities
  • Plant maintenance

The successful candidate will promote a positive image of the Company and work with discretion and diplomacy at all times. Some information handled within this post will be strictly confidential and must be dealt with accordingly.

Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to travel to locations other than your normal place of work, as such a flexible approach is required.
