We now have an excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer, to join our busy Engineering team based in our rapidly growing facility in Basingstoke.

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, designing & implementing processes for new and existing products. Liaising between the Design, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to research, design & develop new processes.

The successful candidate will also project manage people, equipment & other resources.

This is an exciting and challenging role for a pro-active individual, who has proven experience of implementing new production processes and tooling.

The successful candidate will hold a HND, or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject. They will be self-motivated, with the ability to work on their own initiative to achieve deadlines and targets. Although not essential, experience in an R&D environment would be advantageous.

They will utilise their skills and experience to take responsibility for:

  • Support, maintain & improve current production processes.
  • Design & implement new processes by working with NPD, Engineering, Production, outside suppliers and specialists.
  • Ensure best practice procedures and work instructions for process operation.
  • Support NPD in development of new products and processes that may be required.
  • Assist in the qualification and documentation of tooling, including process controls with post design.

Therefore we are ideally looking for someone who has a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings, ideally working in a regulated industry, such as medical, aerospace or automotive. 

The role is full time and permanent; working 36.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday’s. We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits and the opportunity to work in a unique manufacturing environment, driving success in an award winning organisation.
