We design and manufacture the multi award-winning Endolite range of lower limb prostheses and provide clinical services to the NHS, military and patients internationally. We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst, to join our expert IT team based at our Head Office in Basingstoke. The successful IT Support Analyst will support and maintain all IT systems and provide 1st and 2nd line support to all IT users throughout the company.

The successful candidate will be proactive in their approach with excellent problem solving skills. They will be a confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels across the business. They will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and will be able to prioritise well, with a flexible attitude.

Previous experience in providing IT support is highly advantageous, including installing, managing and supporting Microsoft operating systems and software. You will have a keen interest in ensuring our IT systems run smoothly and work effectively to meet our business need. You may be required to travel to other sites in order to provide an exceptional IT service.  

Working as part of the IT support chain, you will use these skills and experiences to take responsibility for:

  • Office 365 and server support
  • Rollouts of PCs, laptops and printers
  • 1st and 2nd line user support
  • Backup processes
  • Network installation, support and maintenance
  • Dealing with queries and providing guidance as appropriate
