Gait Analysis

How Elite compared with the individuals previous K3/K4 activity foot.

• At roll-over the forward shear transferred to aft shear more smoothly

• The centre of pressure moved medially at late stance to assist load transfer. This was felt to    be due to the multiaxial (tripod) action of the independent springs

• The end result was a more natural pattern and an Energy Efficient Gait, as shown by the axial    loads reaching body weight during the late stance/propulsion phase
