It rotates according to the movement of the ankle, allowing unrestricted dorsiflexion and controlled plantarflexion. Unlike conventional AFOs, the Dream Brace effectively assists the wearer when walking on an inclined surface thus reducing physical restrictions whilst enabling a more fluid, stable and natural gait.

Silicone has proved to be highly beneficial in the production and design of orthotic devices. Pad-Fix® features a silicone infrapatella support.
