The Dream Brace is a state of the art AFO that uses
the Friction Joint, a revolutionary ankle joint with a
unique one way dial-lock mechanism. It rotates
according to the movement of the ankle, allowing
unrestricted dorsiflexion and controlled plantarflexion.
Unlike conventional AFOs, the Dream Brace
effectively assists the wearer when walking on an
inclined surface thus reducing physical restrictions
whilst enabling a more fluid, stable and natural gait.

The XP Diabetic Walker System™ is specifically designed to meet the needs of the higher risk diabetic patient, providing protection and immobilization. It makes an ideal alternative to total contact casting, eliminating the need for costly and time consuming removal and application during skin and wound examinations. The XP Diabetic Walker can be easily removed and reapplied time after time and closed securely with the Aircast Brace-Lok™ to help monitor patient progress. A specialized Hand Bulb with a pressure gauge is included to measure individual aircell compression, ensuring regulated inflation for neuropathic patients.
