We are recruiting a Syteline Co-ordinator to join the team at Headley Court to support the service in providing and maintaining an exemplary standard in the administration of all stock procedures. The role will involve the efficient ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of components, materials and patient items within Headley Court.
The range of responsibilities will include the following:
• Maintaining a high degree of accuracy and control of stock to supply the production process and clinical service.
• Ordering and receipt of stock from a number of suppliers and making accurate checks as to quantity and type against orders.
• Entering orders and jobs onto the computer system.
• Liaising with team supervisor for oversight of job planning.
• Processing Orthotic orders and maintaining order book for contract monitoring.
• Issuing production and clinical stock items to staff according to service needs.
• Processing returns/warranty claims using the company QA10 returns process.
• Carrying out period stock counts/checks according to company needs.
This role requires a good general education, ideally NVQ level 3, previous experience in stock control and experience in the use of an electronic stock control system, computer literacy and numeracy.
The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner and the ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of companies and individuals. The ability to work to time constraints and meet deadlines with minimal supervision is essential.
